Blitz Quiz is the Justice spell that replaced Fast Sanction in Season 44's midseason update (Beta 44.1). It also introduced 2 new generated spells: Trick Question and Zap Cannon. All 3 spells have Previous Versions, and can be seen here, here and here.
Since Beta 47.0, Blitz Quiz became the first Justice Spell to be free to play. And when used, you get to see the 2 generated spells, and can choose one of them to be added to your hand. Since Beta 52.1, both are 2G, deal 2 DMG to a monster of your choice (much like Punishment and Gaster Blaster), and cause you to draw. Trick Question specifically draws a monster, while Zap Cannon draws a spell. (It can't draw a new Blitz Quiz.)
As a result, Blitz Quiz is a good card for both tempo and board control. Keep in mind it's the only Justice spell unobtainable through Multi Shot.
