Candy Dish was added in Beta 13.4 and introduced the Candy effect, which would restore monsters that have it by 3 HP at the end of each turn. Candy Dish originally couldn't attack itself, but Beta 16.0 made it able to.
Beta 36.1 reworked it quite a bit. Its 1/6 turned into 3/3 (+2/-3), while its passive effect of giving Candy to any monster you summon was turned into a Magic effect that simply game Candy to a single monster of your choice.
