Date Alphys was added in Beta 50.1, matching the same Epic Rarity and stats as Alphys before she was turned into a Legendary, similar to Dancer Mettaton matching Pre-Legendary Muffet, but with an entirely different effect.
As such, she's a 3/5 for 5G monster, but her effect allows her to give any other monster on the board Taunt and/or Haste as long as you have a monster with the same effect in your hand when playing her.
Keep in mind that if you choose an enemy monster, the Haste won't do anything.
