Fast Sanction is a Justice spell released in Beta 27.0. It was the first card revealed before the update, and can be seen here. Previous Versions can be seen here.
When using it, you will deal a random amount of DMG to a monster of your choice between 2 and 5. If the DMG was 3 or lower, thus the lower half of the possibilies, another Fast Sanction will be added to your hand. But this copy will have its cost reduced by/to 2G.
