G(aster) Follower 3 was released during the Beta 5.3 Halloween 2016 update. It is a Follower introducing the Future effect. As of Beta 46.0, this effect has been replaced by Synergy.
When played, you get to see 2 of the 6 Followers and you choose 1 to be added to your hand. If you have played another Follower beforehand, its cost is reduced by 2G.
GF3 is the cheapest, but weakest Follower (the complete opposite from before Beta 46.0) at a mere 2/2/2, making it easy to play after another Follower to trigger its Synergy. Since Beta 46.1 allowed it to possibly give new GF3's, this somewhat makes it the replacement of Pre-Beta 44.0 Redacted.
