Game Bomb was added in Beta 50.1, alongside Dynamite Stick. You can find previous versions of Game Bomb here, while previous versions of Dynamite Stick can be found here.
Game Bomb is the only Bomb that generates another card, this being its exclusive Dynamite Stick, of which 1 will be summon to its owner's board every time Game Bomb takes DMG (and the board isn't full). And much like Cross Bomb, it lacks a Dust and a sacrifice effect as well.
The Dynamite Stick is essentially Tiny Froggit with an upside, dealing 1 DMG to 2 random enemies upon death. This makes it somewhat dangerous, especially if too many end up being summoned.
