Heal is one of Kindness' two original Common Spells, the other being the now Basic Force of Nature. Previous Versions can be found here.
As suggested by its name, Heal will heal a target of your choice, restoring 3 HP to them for 1G. This functions similar to Force of Nature, but max HP is unaffected when simply healing.
Additionally, if a player is targeted, the user will draw a card. If a monster is targeted, its negative effects (Disarmed, Silence, KR, Paralyze, ATK/Max HP drops) will be removed instead, the same was Asriel does. This is helpful to keep you or your monsters alive.
Keep in mind that if a monster is targeted with Heal, the user will never draw a card, not even if the monster lacks negative effects.
