Jockington was added in Beta 36.0. Previous Versions can be found here.
Jockington works almost identical to Catty, but instead of needing to summon a monster to draw a card, you need to cast a spell instead. And not just any spell, only spells with a base cost of 2G or more.
Keep in mind that it only triggers from spells YOU use, so those triggered by the likes of Arcane Scepter and Jevil don't count. However, it will still trigger from spells that have their cost reduced to 0-1G, as Shock checks BASE cost.
