Ragel, the dancing mushroom from Temmie Village, was added in Beta 23.0. Previous Versions can be found here.
Ragel is a very crazy card, giving random effects to all monsters on the board (except itself) when played. As of Beta 49.0, these consist of Taunt, Candy, +1 Dodge and +1 Armor.
All of these are positive, meaning that Ragel is best used when the opponent's board is empty and yours as full as possible.
