Red Snail, alongside Blue Snail and Yellow Snail, are cards 4-6/11 shown here on Twitter and will be released in Beta 18.1.
Like the others, it's a 1/1/1 monster and has a Magic effect that gives a buff to all other Snails on your board. In this case, it gives +1 ATK.

There is a typo with Red Snail as it doesn't use the plural of "Snails" in the effect unlike the others.
