Redacted is an interesting monster. Much like Gaster, this monster was unable to be found without editing the Undertale game files. But unlike Gaster, who now can be found legit, this monster still can't. As a result, it is a Follower that also used the Future effect. As of Beta 46.0, this effect has been replaced by Synergy.
When played, an enemy monster of your choice gains -2/-2, making it quite a powerful crippling card that can also instantly kill low HP monsters. If you've played another Follower beforehand, it also gains Haste, increasing its effectiveness.
