Slowing

Slowing was added during Beta 3.4 as a replacement for Sharing to fit more with the new Patience. Previous Versions can be found here.

For 4G, Slowing sends a paralyzed enemy monster back into their deck, making it function as a more limiting but cheaper Expulsion.

Due to the monster being returned to the enemy's deck and doesn't affect their hand, while they can't use said monster for a longer period of time, it will take longer for them to take Fatigue DMG and it's not usable to force the opponent to mill a card.
