Snow Storm is Patience's original Epic Spell. Previous Versions can be seen here.
Since Beta 28.0, it kills all monsters on the board that are paralyzed, including your own. This makes it work as the paralysis equivalent to its KR counterpart: Perseverance's Contamination.
This is very useful if you want to get rid of powerful cards of the opponent, and useless cards of your own. This works especially well with Cold Winter, due to its ability to paralyze multiple enemy monsters at once.
If you manage to make the whole enemy board paralyzed, you can wait a turn to save up gold, and use this card only a turn later, as the enemy will only be able to cast spells anyway.
